The vocals are from Ashland - Clear. Its a track that has been around for awhile. It might be a bootleg. So my first guess would be Ashland - Clear (Unknown Remix)

Yes you are right this track is Ashland - Clear (Charly May Mud Remix)
It was released on audiotherapy and on arminvanbuuren website in Episode 108 playlist he says that this track comes from audiotherapy label soo i'm 100 % sure it is Ashand - Clear (Charlie May Mud Remix)
