Yep, Eurodance is what started me way back in the day. I remember everyone made fun of it back then.

Now with 20/20 hindsight... i realize it was such a poor and formulaic song: Martin Eyerer - Euphoria (Planet Trax Remix)

Various Moby tracks. From there it gradually progressed to cheese dance. What actually got me into trance were Gouryella - Tenshi and Ratty - Sunrise.

Eh..Um...Hm.

*scratches head*

some tune from Burger / Ink (Extremely repetitive thing, heard it on some weirdo indie show on my local radio)

The Ganja Kru - New Frontiers (my first introduction to jungle/dnb)

The Shamen - Ebeneezer Goode (on some random top 20 hit compilation)

When these tracks got into the top 40 around 1995/96/97 it changed my taste in music for good!!! And for better!

hehe, ill hafta go find my old mix-tapes that i made when i was young, taping off the radio Old-skool ripping

What got me into trance as such was probably atb - 9pm. I actively started looking for more of this sound, rather than just relying what was coming through the sommercial radio stations...

I'll also add in a very special mention to enigma - return to innocence ('93), which i think can still be classed as electronic. My first introduction to a new way of music, where it is the PRODUCER who is the hero, not the singer (actually, where there is barely even a singer at all). It introduced me to different types of music that arn't played on radio (commercial/mainstream radio atleast). Ahhhh the begginning of of a long and healthy relationship with electronic music <3 <3 <3
