Total Recorder 4.2 Professional Edition <--- this is what i use

if anyone can suggest me something better then I'm willing to try ..

MERiDiAN5i2 and brian and anyone else who says that their computer skips when using SoundForge 6 to record...

What are your PC specs? Are your CPU's not fast enough or is it RAM also?
