About mr.mystery's question about the amateur forum. I know exactly what you were talking about and who (myself and tu_face). What happened is that Swamper created new sections but the old sections (69 bloody pages full) had to be moved to either the dj section or the production section. Now Swamper could not mass move it, so the painstaking process had to be done, one at a time. So Swamper needed help and he asked some of us mods to help him. Me and Jeff decided to help, even thought jeff did fuck all . So basically me and luke moved 69 pages of stuff and now it is ALL DONE, me and jeff were removed from being mods in that section. Well I was removed because frankly I have no interest in being a mod in that section but you will see me more in that section when I release my masterpiece of audiowork, when I get around to it.
Ok, now about inactive mods, I have complained bitterly (I'm NOT BITTER) about this but the decision lies with the swampthing. If you have suggestions about the forums, pm the guy because he is willing to hear anything that improves the site.
About the mirc issue, it will always be there, certain people (who shall remain nameless) threatening others because of it, most of us mods try to keep it seperate if possible.
I think it is good to hear about what you like and what you don't like because we are all in it together. I think we mods (most not all) have done our best, even tho we have a ton of different cultures and a ton of different opinions on a global messageboard. All the points that have been made, have been great ones, even Erin is making valid points. I mean I think it has gone very well, considering the amount of members and the amount of cultures and countries involved, coming together for one thing, which is trance. It is why I enjoy posting even after almost 3 yrs on this board and just about 9,000 posts. The feedback from other like minded people and as I don't speak for other mods, most of you are to be given mad props for your behavior. Most of you have behaved very well and tried to help us whenever necessary. Sure we have had many lamers and idiots on this board but I think it has gone very well and you have all realized that the mods are humans with flaws and strengths just like you. I can't speak for the others but I will continue to try my best in whatever capacity that swamper wants me to help in and try to keep this board, the place that most of us love to return to. It's the people that make this place, the great board it is (yes, even you erin )
So from the bottom of tta's heart, I thank you all
regards
TTA
