yea I always had a feeling that the song sounded kinda cheap, as in it sounded like it was simply laid out and wasnt worked on a lot. . . .i think the vocals saved it.

then i read the other day in a Michael Woods interview that it took him two days to make Into The Dawn

I've enjoyed reading the stories of how ATRC came to be. I wonder what other such tracks have interesting stories behind them. I know that Lost You Somewhere by Chicane (probably one of my top 5 tunes ever) was about the songwriter losing his girlfriend in a large crowd and never finding her again.

I can tell you one thing, much of the best electronic music is written under the influence of drugs. Mentioning no names, songs like "Xpander" and "Mercury and Solace" come to mind...
