best female vocalist....Jan Johnston for sure...Sarah McLachlan is good (Canadian too hehe) and Donna Lewis (Take Me Over) sweet vocals for all of them
Berri from Plasma's "Do U Believe" has a nice voice...Angelic remix is the best too.

I read through this thread and have a hard time believing no one has mentioned Mara !!
As in Mara - Fall from Grace and Mara - Lateral Horizon and a few other great ones..
I also love the voice in Spoiled and Zigo - More and More

And Absolom - Secret.. (There's 2 women there)
