seriously, it's all about "independence" and etc, etc.
i don't understand how they could think work is better than raising kids. ffs, you look at the women in their late 30s, rich successful real estate agents and the such... what do they have? happiness? yes, they're successful, and then what? it's all about babysitters now... and then we bitch about our kids growing up to be defunct and using drugs and having psychological problems. raising kids is just so much more rewarding than working your ass off to become successful. you learn from them as much as they learn from you; kids need parents' love. but that's my opinion, of course everyone has their own view of happiness.
