Not a big beer fan myself. Mixed drinks sit well with me, I'll drink just about anything. Once had gin and apple juice because there was nothing else.

My favourites are probably Jack and coke or screwdrivers, nothing fancy. Although melon liqueur and Sprite is nice when I can get it.

thats a pretty small percentage.

i hate people using high numbers of deaths or ER visits as a case against alcohol. of course the numbers are going to be higher because there are sooooooo many people in the world that drink alcohol.
and most of those deaths or ER visits are drunk driving incidents. for both the people who were the drunks and not the drunks.

anyway, the main reason it is legal is because its been socialy accepted by so many people for so long. and once its already established itself very well and has large alcohol companies which can lobby its pretty hard to get it to go away. besides our wonderful country tried it once. did alot of good...

oh and liquor over beer hands down.

beer is good with dinner or when your just sitting around and relaxing.

wine is also good.

but when it all comes down to when i have the choice of whichever drink i want i go for the trusty old G&T

the way i've always looked at it is... Quantity over quality..

so really it makes no difference to me. Ive been weened on shitty bear (like beast and Natty light) and ive also been weened on shitty vodka and rum (senators club, vladimir, skol etc...)

Alcohol is alcohol as long as it gets u fucked up .. and ive said this once and i'll say it again... if it doesnt burn on the way down, then you aint building drinkin' character!
