he is not trying to prove anything. honestly, when we mod our cars, it is only for fun and our personal goals. please don't think ALL of us as shit disturbers that have to prove everything to anyone. |
I still think this is stupid, BUT I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say fine, it's about personal goals etc. etc. My beef is not with the people who put in turbos, though. My beef is with the people who put in new lights, replace their mufflers with resonators, tint their windows, and so on. I suppose they think that if they can make their car handle as good as a Porsche, they can make it look as good too? Sadly, it doesn't look like a good car, it looks like a shit car with shit mods.
Yeah, if it's just about having a decent car without paying a premium, fine. If they're not going to street-race or try to impress anybody, fine. But as soon as you start to say "My souped-up Civic handles better than your BMW!" then you're being a tard. That's all I'm saying.
I'd prefer to spend the extra money and get a nice-looking car, spacious, nice interior, and enough acceleration to pass idiot drivers on the highway. And a decent stereo, but most new cars come with that already.
