How do you get promos? What are the requirements?

To get on positiva, you need to be a proper DJ not a bedroom DJ or an mp3 whore. you have to proove you are a DJ in your application by sending a letter from the registed club where you work, included a handful of flyers with your name on, state how many people you play to on a typical night + any extra info. you need to state your current top 20, you format of choice etc etc. you then will be checked out, approved or dissaproved. oh and the importatnt factor i noticed which you don't seem to be, is that you must be in england simply because pos is a uk label and needs to promote the records to the uk public etc.

i think ive forgotten a requirement, ill get back to you on that!

Wow, I didn't know this, I can't believe they finally scrapped that stupid 20 minute limit on the cds over here in the uk. That explains the Dirt Devils CD, might make me start buying cds now again instead of vinyl

ATRC has been moved up to the radio 1 'B' playlist! If it gets enough requests and ends up on the 'A' list it's almost guaranteed to get a play a day on the station (which is quite alot)

I've heard ATRC at our Estonian radio Super FM few times.

I think it will end up on the A-List. If you look at everything else on the B-List, it has one very well to be in the company of such money-spinners. ALso i think it will definately make top 20, if not top 10

And to help, i'll buy 10 copies of each format!!!!
