Too True..........

I find that Candy Kids tend to be the younger groups at a show, young kids that have just entered the "scene". Many people may have started out as one and moved on to other things.... Personally they make me laugh my ass off... There always good for funny ass conversations, always got sugar to keep ya going and are better than some of the G monkeys. Guy's and girls I've seen all dressed up nice and all G eed out on the floor........How classy..... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I agree with tu_face and shockwave...

If you say that these kids ruin or taint the scene in north america, you are an ignorant fool. If it wasn't for these kids coming out to "raves", and creating the positive vibe that makes it so much fun, your ass would be sitting in your bedroom listening to music all by yourself, because no one would be throwing parties.

Like it or not, they are a crowd. Clubs need crowds to come to parties, so they can make money. The stereotype holds up alot of the time that these are younger kids, but it's unfortunate that they are looked down upon, instead of educated. Years ago in America, new people in the scene were welcomed wholeheartedly, which was why it was INSANE up until a few years ago. No judgements, everyone was equal, the "i'm better than you are" philosophy didn't even exist.

These are not the only kids that are fucked up at a club, I've known alot that didn't do anything at all. They're just on happy substances, instead of alcohol, or K, or GHB. Saying that these people taint the scene because of drug use is ridiculous. Drug usage is done by all different kinds of partygoers, unfortunately, those are the ones thrown into the spotlight(bright clothing makes it a litle easier )

What the hell do you care that these kids wear shit to the mall?

You feel embarrased because they represent a scene you're into, and it makes a bad impression upon you?

Bullshit. At least they are comfortable enough with themselves to dress how they want, and do what they want, and not give a DAMN about what anyone else thinks. Which is more than alot of the haters can say about themselves, otherwise they wouldn't have such a problem with these kids.

At the time(a while ago), I probably would have been called a candy kid, and so what, I had a blast, I'm not ashamed to admit it. Unfortunately, those days of fun have long passed, and now I'm bitter , but not a hater.

Peace to everyone who chooses to express themselves in whatever way they want.

I have no problem with candy kids going to raves. Just stay the fuck away from me. See here is the 411, i have neighbours, they have twin daughters who are 14 and play hhc all the time loudly, i hate it. Don't worry about that, i won it by blasting jeff mills which is a diff story. My problem with candy kids, is most are too young to get into real clubs. My advice grow the fuck up and wait to get into real clubs. Also all the candy and shit they wear bothers me. I'm not mad at anyone, i'm just bitter at my candy raver neighbours that they had the nerve to play hhc at 6:30 am, and woke me up.

the vibe is better at the raves than at the clubs here... there's no judgement, no hate.... it's all good, you don't have to worry about pissing someone off and getting in a fight
i would rather go to a party than go to a club
sure i like to drink too, but alcohol tends to bring out the worst in some peeps...

then don't look at them

Personally, I don't have anything against them. I honestly think that they look like fools the way that they dress, but as long as they don't do anything to me, then I'm fine with them. What I can't stand though is this growing trend of twinkies that are all over the place at my local mall all the time. I went there this past friday to see a movie, and I saw what looked like a twinkie convention. They were all hanging out, outside of the theater part of the mall. The looked so out of place, everyone was just staring at them....they definitely need to keep that dressing style confined to parties.

and i'm just stating my opinion... and i'm not a candy raver anymore...
i'm just a party kid... sort of like an evolved form of the candy raver
i know everyone has a right to their opinion, and i respect that

but i feel that a lot of people are basing their opinions on looks alone, they don't bother to get to know the people...
that's what fueled my nice little rebuttle there
no worries bro...

hmmm i haven't posted my opinion ohere on this.. so i'm gonna do that now..
anyway. .candy kids... are wannabe ravers who have this belief that they are the elitest people out there..
and they have this unstructured belief in PLUR... which i think is total bullshit..
the excuse that "they just out there for fun" i think is also bullshit.. coz you don't have to dress up like a pokemon to have fun..
and some of them have these stupid barbie bags or whut the fuckever which takes up more space ont he floor than whatnot..
so yea =p

its no big deal tho =p hehe..

The problem with candy kids is they all look retarted, they are all ugly, shit i've seen some raver girls, and damn, they are uglier then your average fat ass girl in highschool, and to top it all off, they wear old and ripped clothing, baggy clothing and everything else that makes them ugly and unattractive, and the pacifiers dont help a bit!

good thing I dont see them in club, reason being they dont have enoght cash for booze, they spend it all on drugs! lol
