I must take my hat off to Avalon. For all the bashing it gets on this board I always have a better time there then at Arc. Maybe it because the club is bigger, better lit, and allows cameras and glow sticks. I can't wait to hit the majority of these events. You're correct Trunks that PVD Ferry combo is gonna be killer. Last time it was PVD and Nick Warren. Ferry was the next weekend. I ended up skipping Warren, but that won't happen this time. Rock on Avalon.

I did all three....pvd, nick and ferry....and Id have to say that Nick and Ferry performed even better than PVD...and the atmosphere was so much better!! Really people, Nick Warren's performance really threw me off...he is fantastic and I never stopped dancing once...not even to go to the bathroom.

In my opinion, PVD's sets at the roxy are tooooo long and drawn out...he gets all experimental and weird and fishy and the crowd often really sucksssss. im my opinion. Avalon is clean, and you get a really great show, and at around 6 or 7, it's over, it's healthy...Id rather have a 4 hour bangin, consistently amazing set than a 6-7 hour set that makes you feel cracky at 8am. unless you are Sasha, and can manage to spin for 8 hours of bliss.

This is soooo true. 4 to 5 hours is plenty. But fuck....Sasha kept me on the dance floor the whole night @ Avalon. I cant wait to see Sasha @ WMC/Ultra. If his set is anthing like his NYE set, it will be nothing but amazing
