Yeah, that's what I've sort of been finding out. The net has quiet a few horror stories, and their webpage FAQ makes it quite clear as well.

Yep pretty much... Mark used to host some promo mixes and live sets on tech:Logic but APRA came in made some threats and so Mark doesnt do that anymore - though he does have a track that he produced playing on www.markdynamix.com (APRA cant do shit about that!! ), but yeah unless your willing to pay phenomenal licensing fees hosting live sets is not really viable....

I actually have to highly recommend you guys check out the track Mark has on www.markdynamix.com - its damn good!!
