here is my contribution. i've made it with z3ta+, noisy saw osc, a 24db BPF and a slow attack envelope. i find that it lacks of high freqs, but i guess it can be improved cross modulating another osc with ring or fm mod to add more bright

Here's what I managed to come up with in reason:

Its made with two saw forms and FM in subtraktor. I've also applied unison, delay and reverb.

Made this one with Vanguard. There's actually no filter cutoff modulation on it, only bound to an lfo inside the vanguard synth. You can always undo this connection and make your own modulation of course
