and here r the images







if i set a manual clock speed, like 120mhz, it will corrupt my hard drive, i set it at 101mhz before and my computer ran fine.

Your ram is shit, that's why you cannot run at the proper speed, see where it says SDR1 then after that 100 mhz? Your maximum bus speed without using a divider is dependant on your ram speed. You have cheap 100 mhz sdram you need at least pc133 to run a 133 bus If you wanted to you could use a divisor on your ram clockspeed but the performance hit would be so huge it would outweigh the gain by increasing your busspeed and thus processor speed. Just buy new ram
