that should be enough z103 reading material for all those new to the TOTA section, =P. there's more if you look harder, =P.

we all have to keep in mind that as a trance community, we're constantly in the know about new stuff. now i don't know the exact date of the official release, but i'll just go by what endlesswave said... honestly... september isn't that old. it only seems old to us because we've been hearning it in dj sets for over a year now. it may be old to us, but only JUST available to everyone else... it's not arrogance or ignorance on z103's part...

What I really don't understand is why do people get all worked up when they hear a track on Z103 or any other radio station. Whats wrong with radio playing the music we like? Everyone always complains that we need a dance music station in Torono, that plays "our" kind of music, but when a station actually starts playing it we complain, why?

I don't think anyone was complaining about Z spinning "our" kind of music...But on to the anthem part...What about here in Canada where mainstream radio stations play popular crap? How do anthems become anthems...and why? Are the buildups better?

Big name DJs like Oakenfold who come here for gigs start playing a certain track out. Then our own local DJs pick up the same track because they heard Oakenfold or whoever played it when they were here and also heard it on various mixes such as BBC's essential mix and they start playing it out. Soon enough the public hears the track so many times it becomes an anthem. Banny Benassi - Satisfaction is a perfect example of this.

Chris is correct, I also picked up my copy back in September 03. It was originally released on Armins label, Armada records with the AVB and Sweeping strings mix.
