Fraz that isn't correct, the copyright stays with you. It doesn't matter where you send the pics or how they are displayed. That guy doesn't know anything.

If i were to send some photographs to my friends, it doesn't make them their photos whether they're in them or not.

He really is being a dick. And if it helps, the site is awful, i checked it out. They'll go bust soon, as if anybody is going to pay to see semi nekkid pics anyhow when you can get them for free.
