First off i was hoping to get the lyrics for the song remember? I didnt mean to make this any kind of a flame war! I really think his set at amnesia was fucking awesome, i know when i hear quality sets! Ive been into trance hardcore since i was 15 and im 23 so what do i know...Anyway, i think something most people know, but few really talk about, is the only reason tiesto is becoming more and more disliked is because we all fall in love with his power sets, magic 6 and 7, TE 2000, back when trance was trance, and we all cling to it. I do the same, i hate 90 percent of trance out there nowadays. Tiesto CAN put together sets that will make you cry, but for the most part, hes evolved a bit, and plays different tunes. I think we all just hate the change, and we hate him for doing it, and i think really he should put on 2 or 3 shows a year, in different parts of the world, where he is going to KICK FUCKING ASS. Fuck these club mixes, and showcasing the newest tunes in his global dj sets, those are all fine and good, but i think to pay homage to the tens of thousands of loyal fans who made him who he is, i think he should spin a few TE 2000 type sets. Just a thought. Id pay anything, and travel anywhere, to see that! As for PVD, im not judging him in the least! HE and tiesto made me love trance, I think the thing is PVD has stayed somewhat close to his roots in trace, but hes known for spinning all these unreleased tracks, and re-works, cd-rs and crap like that, and i dont liek it, i like it when a dj spins something, and i feel it, and i can go buy it! Is PVD too good for the rest of us now? As for his sets, hes fucking good, but gets very boring. Tiesto has so much more melodies, and depth! Look for example, in his live in concert, his mixing of candesco into nyana. Fucking brilliant! PVD never excites me, never, tiesto can make me cry sometimes, thats something noone else can do! HIs amnesia mix, from last july, almost made me cry, its so fucking brilliant, and the only thing better than his set is his mixing! HEs a genious! Now, ive seen him 3 times, and PVD 6 times, mostly in san francisco at 1015, and tiesto dances, and laughs and drinks, and the first time i saw him, i tore a poster off the wall, handed it to him ,and in between mixing he autographed it and handed it back to me, and shook my hand! Fucking awesome! And rolling made it so much better. Watching PVD spin, he does nothing with the crowd, hes always concentrating, he looks like hes working or something, not having a good time at all. He spins, he leaves, and you can say wow i saw PVD! Please. BUt tiesto, he looks like hes just there to party, and he mixes like nothing! I never really saw him beat match, or cue or anything, it was just amazing...Please come back to the bay area
