What type are they? Are they active (or passive)?

I think I can see the cables and they don't look like they're XLR - so I'm guessing they're passive.

You know what, I have no idea what they are.

Right now it's all running through a home stereo as an amp! So those are the speakers that came with the home stereo!

They are clear enough for a 2 deck mix, but with 3 it's noticeably more messy. (or maybe that was my mixing?? )

And yes, there will sort of be a wherkin pt. 2...I think I will put together one mix strictly funkier stuff, and one strictly chill/tech-housey/more minimal.
