Alright, well I won't waste time on the brownie recipe, but rather the bud butter recipe. This way you can make any baked goods that require butter potent.
First off you need these things:
bud buster (I use a trusty black and decker coffee grinder, make sure you get one with a chamber and blades, nothing that goes through a shoot and into a container)
cheese cloth (I dunno where you get one, I punked one off my parents who use them to make this arabic dairy product called Labneh)
A pot - different from pot, a pot to cook.
A large bowl - it's like made to hold like, liquids and stuff
Alright, now you need these ingredients.
1/2 ounce of marijuana
1 lb of butter (makes EVERYTHING taste better, try doubling the butter you add in Kraft Dinner one time, it's so much richer, so much better)
Water.
Now follow these steps:
- Grind up your bud in the grinder.
- Pinch some.
- Roll a joint.
- Smoke joint (No point doing this unless you're high).
- Take the rest and grind it some more. Keep grinding till it's made into a super fine powder.
- Put water in the pot and bring to a boil.
- Add butter to the water till it melts.
- Put the bud into the pot. (confusing I know how can you put something into itself?)
- Cover and let boil for 1 hour.
The THC in the weed is fat soluble. It'll bond to the butter in the water. The high temperatures break down the cell walls of the plant, releasing the thc.
- Strain finished product through the cheese cloth into the bowl. Collect all the water and butter.
- Squeeze the cheese cloth full of the bud to get out all the butter and water that is left
- Place water mixture in the fridge and let cool. Do not put in the freezer to speed up the process.
As the water cools, the butter will seperate to the top and harden. This is when you save the butter and dump the water.
Use butter for cooking projects.
NOTE: You can skip the water part all together by cooking the butter and weed in a crockpot for 24 hours on the lowest setting. But it's harder to get the butter seperated from the bud this way through the cheese cloth.
ENJOY.

Karim

Korean Spicy Pork with Onions
Ingredients
-1 lb pork shoulder or butt chops (no bone)
-1 large onion
-2 bits of garlic (bulbs be right term?)
-a thumbnail size ginger
-1 spoon sesame seed oil
-1 spoon roasted sesame seeds
-1 teaspoon pepper
-half teaspoon salt
-1 spoon korean hot red pepper paste
-1 teaspoon brown soybean paste (can be substituted with 1 spoon soya sauce)
-cooking oil, preferably olive oil to line the pan
*these aren't exact numbers as I eyeball measure them when I actually make them. adjust according to taste.
Directions
-Dice onion into decent chunks into a large bowl
-Chop pork into about two thumbnail size bits into the bowl
-Finely chop garlic and ginger and add into bowl
-add sesame seed oil, pepper, salt, red pepper paste, sesame seeds and soybean paste (or soya sauce) into bowl
-mix everything well. you'll need to use a hand
-heat up frying pan, add cooking oil. not too much though or you'll have heartattack and die.
-on 2/3 high heat, add the contents of the bowl into frying pan. stir constantly about 10-15 mins. it's ready when you taste the pork and it's cooked.
-serves 2 people. best when eaten with steamed rice. for more hotness, add more hot pepper paste. use soybean paste if you want a bit of miso soup taste, otherwise use soya sauce. you'll probably have to go to korean food shop to get the soybean paste and hot pepper paste.
