neons are retarded, it's an invitation to a ticket. my buddy put them on his evo, he has a black on black light neon. It looks pretty sick, but he's been pulled over like 5 times already because of it.
I do think they look good on NICE cars. I went to the LA auto show a few months ago, and there was a tricked out diamond white escalade with white neons on it. I have to say, I was impressed how it looked. I saw a mini with neons all over, with these glowing grove panels. It looked pretty tight but It's just for show.
