Hehe, that reminds me of PvD in Oslo 4 years ago. Some girl threw her glowstick up on stage, so PvD picked it up again, threw it back out and hit her in the head with it.
That reminds me a small rock concert I went when I was younger.. My shoe was taken of when I was body surfing and the shoe got thrown on the stage. The singer picked it up and threw it in the crowd... hit a girl we met there right in the forehead. Then other people threw it and it actually hit the same girl a second time

showing up uninvited = foul
coming with someone else, and then doing drugs in the bathroom when you don't even know the party thrower = foul
trying to get on the decks without consent = foul
knocking over liquids on the table where the decks are = foul
tripping over electrical wires for soundsystem = foul
bringing strange people over = foul
not greeting the parents (or just not greeting when you get there), if they're present = foul
My sister had a party at my house, about 120 people ended up rocking up because lots of people heard about it, she got drunk and I had to keep control of the party, and eventually kick everyone out when it got too late and the neighbours were getting pissed.
Party Foul: Some loser headbutted the (glass) door to our bathroom, breaking one of the panels.

Yeah, anything involving piss, duke, or puke is pretty bad, but those kind of things can usually be explained away ("awe, so-and-so got so wasted he puked all over himself") and forgotten. I think the worst is when somebody gets so drunk that they say something that they've always kept inside. People claim that you don't remember any of that stuff the next day, which is true with some stuff (like, how did my bra end up on the front lawn) but you always remember when someone blurts out something embarassing.
