You're absolutely right! I recognised it the first time I heard it and was thrilled to hear the remix to say at least! Been trying ever since to track down the ID of this song, but I can't find it anywhere to much frustration.. Most logical thing to call it would be something like Airbase - Theme From The Rock (DuMonde Remix), but since thats not it I would be in forever debt to the one that can figure out this little mystery

did anyone catch the name of the first song in this mix? its really starting to grow on me..

Btw, in a final attempt to find out what that track ID is I sent a mail to Dumonde last night asking him about it politely, even made it sound a little like I was sucking up to him to make him feel bad enough about it to reply to my message...hope I finally get some answers now.

After switching some mails with the Dumonde guys I got this tracklist in return

So I finally figured out what that Theme From The Rock song was called, now I only need to find out where I can get hold of it...since I dont' have any turntables, vinyls won't do me much good even though thats the only way to get hold of it I guess, until/unless someone decides to rip it and do us all a big favour (hopefully)

1. Lodge 68 - Monument (Original Mix)
2. Lodge 68 - Monument (Monumental Remix)

Lastly, Dumonde added some magic to the song in his set which made it so much better then the original 2 official songs. Was a little disappointed when I finally found them and listened through them cause my expectations for them was too high I guess. Don't get me wrong, both original and monumental remix are both great songs, especially monumental remix, but the song on the set exceeds both songs put together.
Hopefully Dumonde will release his remix of this great song soon.

Dumonde's 2004 set tracklistings seems to be quite complete. Only their Q-Base has still 2 ID's... anybody?? Track 10 sounds much like an old Emmanuel Top tune to me.
