Ooh I love veggies Here’s a couple of recipes for my favorites.

Saute’ed Spinach

1 Bag of fresh baby spinach leaves
1 small bag of slivered almonds
1 bag of dried cranberries
butter

Take a small amount of butter and put it in a large frying pan and let it melt (I’d say about medium to medium-high heat). Throw the almonds and dried cranberries in the butter and let them cook a little bit (whatever amount of each you want is fine, it doesn’t really matter). Then add the spinach leaves and sprinkle a bit of water over the top of them (for extra moisture), and then just let them cook in the butter and stir them around a bit until completely soaked.

Saute’ed Asparagus

1 pkg of fresh asparagus spears
1 bottle of kraft Italian dressing

Just take the asparagus and put them in a frying pan and saturate them with the Italian dressing. cover and cook on medium to medium-high heat until done (depending on how soft/crunchy you prefer your asparagus). I usually just cover the pan and let them cook without stirring or anything for about 8-10 minutes.

you can use that same recipe for fresh green beans too

i also love steamed broccoli...and i know this sounds gross, but i dip it in mayonaise...and i'm not even a big mayo person, but it's just really good.

I like to eat something which is called "mizeria" in Poland - it's simple salad made from cucumbers with cream. Very tasty! Tomatoes are also very good in my opinion, I love eating sliced tomatoes with some onions and chives! Try it!

i like tomatoes too, cut up with cucumbers and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

they have to be good tomatoes...like italian plums or cherry tomatoes.
