As mentioned, we are in the midst of an election. I think you have a valid point if there wasnt an election or the abundant political postings continue after the elections. Fact is, people need to be informed. This is one of the most contraversial elections in most of our lifetimes.

Im not sure what your priorites are in your life but politics affects everyone.

I'm not overly impressed with the fact that he's created 6 threads on the front page. And most of them are on the same subject, while others are just nonsense (like the one about people leaning against bars, wtf?).

I don't use the ignore list indiscriminately nor do I indiscriminately suggest bans, but I do think that he should tone it down a few shades. There's a fine line between being outspoken and being just plain obnoxious.

Diginut: considering my threads usually run 500 + hits and many go into the 1000s id say my threads are a great contribution to this board whether you like the content or not.

I don't launch personal attacks nor insult people so to ban me would be a foolish thing for admin to do.

It's like every Jayx1 is another thread for him to shove his opinions down everyones throat; which, to me, is what he's doing in every single thread. People don't agree with him, so he keeps the argument going and going. Like that original Smoking Ban thread...HOLY FUCK! (and if I'm not mistaken, Jayx1 isn't even a smoker, yet he creates more drama about it than smokers).

People are entitled to their opinions, and by all means, stand by them, but when you keep beating the same thing over everyones head, it just gets annoying.

if nothing, he provokes discussion...I think many of his arguments are illogical bullshit and he often just likes to hear himself talk...but he's not actually offensive...so what's the problem?
