huge props to you, man |
Thanks luv, and you're right, I am hardcore. I grew 7" in three months years ago, and never knew how to gain weight. In my senior year basketball program, I was listed as 6'5 165. I ate and ate and my metabolism burned off all the shit, and there were no good carbs for me to turn into muscle.
I learned how to eat, saw results, learned more, and got better at it, and now I'm 6'7 220 with 8% body fat, and I'll never go back.
Read the document I linked earlier today. There's not one person that can't benefit from that.

White rice is a high-GI carb...you're best off with brown rice. See the section in my document about the glycemic index.
In the morning, the first thing I do is scoop a cup of rolled oats, add some water, and mic it for a minute, and add some Stevia for sweetener, along with a banana. 54g of the best carbs you'll ever eat.
Also, I cook 3 uncooked cups of brown rice (with 6.5 cups of water for optimum rigidity) and 1.5 tbsp of chicken boullion, at the start of each week. I have about two good servings each day (totaling about 125g of the 2nd best carbs you'll ever eat). FYI - more water and your brown rice is too soft, and it tastes LIKE SHIT...not like white rice, where you can get away with that.
That carb content is perfect for most people, though I pull in more than twice that, mostly because I'm a big guy and my body demands it, or my weight drops. |
hmmm...currently i'm mixing steel cut oats for my low GI carb and a mix of grapenuts and white rice for the high GI...maybe i should mix in brown rice for another option on the low GI

Just make sure to limit your high-GI carbs to before and after exercise time, so they are utilized most efficiently.
Also, I like whole grain pasta as another carb source, though it's not as low on the GI as those other two carbs.
1/2 box of penne or spirals (cooked), 1 can of white albacore tuna (drained and shredded), microwaved for about 40 seconds. Add a bit of hot sauce (not too much), and some fat-free caesar dressing, and you have a BOMB ASS healthy pasta salad!

ok well anyone taking 1000 mg of this stuff at a time deserves to die, trust me. im on 400 mg and i was dripping in sweat. secondly, over long periods of time anything can lead to bad effects. id like to see someone drink alcohol every day for along period of time and come back and tell me how their liver feels. same goes for smoking.

a) Most fat burners can kill you
b) Do you plan on staying on these for life? No, no wait, I know, once I burn the fat off, THEN I'll work hard, I PROMISE. I believe you, really.
It's all about living a healthy lifestyle. Looking good and feeling good is a way of life. And you'll never be so motivated to stay fit and trim as one who busts their ass to attain that result. Not someone who pops pills to do so, developing a heart murmur in the process.
You can take fat burners, but they may not work, and they won't keep the weight off. Your lazy ass is going to run right back to KFC like you always do, because you never disciplined yourself to do anything other than that.
You can also juice up to build muscle mass, but you're not going to keep the weight on, and you'll never be satisifed with the way you look, as long as it's less that you looked at the peak of your roid cycle.
Life is all about choices. Eat healthy, don't take fat burners, and don't juice. Study hard, and don't cheat on your exams. |
you can easily keeps the gains from juice if you know what your doing. most people who take drugs are just fucktards and dont know what they are doing and they lose the gains, etc. im not saying shortcuts are the way to go, but with a proper diet/training/rest it certaintly helps.
