I'd imagine the former... it seems to be a bit of a hidden gem. I only discovered it last year (it's from around 1999/2000 isn't it?), when someone pointed it out that Push's Strange World 'borrrowed' the intro melody from it (back when people were complaining that Scooter stole the melody from Strange World for one of his tunes).

It's a lovely tune though... one of Armin's best remixes.
