Another breaktrough! The Taliban is talking about livering out Osama Bin Laden to the USA. I hope they do, coz then there isn't going to be a war. Then Osama gets death penalty and the whole story is over. I hope Afghanistan act smart and delivers this monster to the USA. They get saved then too.

dont think so. bush has declared that he plans to have a fight against the international terrorism, and bin laden is not THE terrorism, he is just one important figure.

Yes that is true, but is Afghanistan terrorism?
Or are they just an example? That is the question. I don't think the country stands for terrorism and if they deliver Osama then there is no need for bombings. That is just how I think of it.

I dont think afghanistan is terrorism(perhaps the inofficial gov. is).
But Bush said that he will punish those behind the attacks AND those who protect them... and there are several terrorist camps in afghanistan, and bin laden couldnt do all by himself.

does anyone have any in-depth articles on how USA handles justice to non-US citizens?
