I have a 380W power supply in my antec sonata mid tower and it can easily handle my pc-setup:

1700+ Athlon XP
ATI radeon 9800Pro 128MB
512MB ram
7x HD
1x Cd writer
few leds here and there
2x 120mm fans

No problems so far...
