I was a great kid.

With guns I shot whatever birds I could see, magpies, crows, eagles, leatherheads, plovers, fun fun fun. I also shot kangaroos, wallabies, bandicoots, wild pigs, feral cats and various other native and introduced wildlife. Love killing snakes and spiders also.

You should see me at the show winning prizes on the shooting the ducks thing, great eye.

Anyway, here we have a huge cane toad problem and we used to kill them all sorts of ways. Golf and cricket bats, putting them in the freezer, dettol, pouring fuel on them and setting them alight, throwing them over power lines, running them over in cars, and hitting them with blunt instruments.

Wow, my kinda girl or guy or whatever you are. I was also into animal carnage and torture when I was younger. Never grew out of it, but never had many chances to practice it later either. You need to join the military if you still have the same frame of mind. I'm retired from the military myself. You can kill for real there.

Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind. Withering my intuition leaving all these opportunities behind. Feed my will to feel this moment urging me to cross the line. Reaching out to embrace the random. Reaching out to embrace whatever may come. I embrace my desire to feel the rhythm, to feel connected enough to step aside and weep like a widow, to feel inspired, to fathom the power, to witness the beauty, to bathe in the fountain, to swing on the spiral of our divinity and still be a human. With my feet upon the ground I lose myself between the sounds and open wide to suck it in, I feel it move across my skin. I'm reaching up and reaching out, I'm reaching for the random or what ever will bewilder me, whatever will be willed on me. And following our will and wind we may just go where no one's been. We'll ride the spiral to the end and may just go where no one's been.

Spiral out. Keep going.
