No it's not. Even clear crystals are usually somewhat impure (~50% or so). The impurity is usually a cutting agent called MSM.

Also, methamphetamine is a physically addictive drug. It simulates dopamine release similar to the way cocaine does. Maybe you're thinking MDMA?
