It was a good experiment by Tiesto, but it is not garbage at all. I just can't explain it absolutely, but there is someting in this track

Get your facts straight.

My favorite style is progressive and I do not care for most uplifting trance. This is why this piece of crap annoys me because it is NOT Porgressive and I'll say it again I have heard it in a club and it makes no difference no matter where you play it. A good progressive track is Junkie XL - Check Your Basic Groove (Sander Kleinenberg Mix).
And I know a lot about other styles of music behind trance so i think my opinion holds some value.

Waiting for more flames to come. And before you call me ignorant and immature I'm 26 years old.

can i just point out (without flaming) that you are the one being so hostile against anyone elses point of veiw... youve said ur veiw.. u dont like it... i do... so what.

And by the way.. im well into prog (thus my status being proGaddict) and i have been for a long enough amount of time for me to say that 643 has got some prog influences.. it isnt out & out prog.. no-one really sed that. i would call it tech/prog.

Another thing... of course it matters if u hear it in a club or not. in my veiw you simply cant get the full effect of the tune unless u live it in a suitable atmosphere.. thus club. for example... i hated the physical mix of joyenergizer at first... i heard it @ GC and bang, im hooked, because i can remember how that track pounded the bass thru my veins in the club, i can respect it out the club.

none of this is flaming. except this little bit because i am going to call u ignorant and immature. because u say ur own point of veiw, cant take on anyone elses, then spit flames when someone tries to say something different to what you said. so you may as well be 14 mate...

Lots of DJ's experiment around, its a healthy experience, they should not just stick to one style. Does this mean Tiesto shouldn't play CJ Bolland - The Prophet, because its not uplifting? NO way. A Good DJ Can blend a set and program it properly to make the trance compliment ech other.

Personally hearing this track in a club makes no difference to me, it sounds good in my headphones, in the car, and on the speakers.

Depends on your definition of progressive as well. Theres progressive trance and progressive house. Tarentella - Karma is progressive HOUSE to me. 5 Below 0 - Club Quake (Oliver Klein Remix) is progressive TRANCE. Really, too much emphasis is being spent on classifying the tune. Whatever you want to call it, I still like it.

Why does someone who doesn't like it "know jack about trance" that's just stupid. Tastes differ and that's a fact. What is there to know about trance that's important. Nothing. All that's important is whether you feel it or not.
On a sidenote, i love flight 643 and i don't give a rats ass whether it's trance, Rn B, Hiphop or Progressive... (i classify it as progressive tho )
