Don't you guys have heaps of Dan Murphy's down in Melbourne? I used to work at one up here in Sydney, "lowest prices guaranteed".

I remember last Christmas they were selling cases of Crownies for $40 before Christmas. We went through about three pallets in a couple of days, and had NONE for the whole of Christmas Eve (which was RIDICULOUS by the way )

they purposely lower thier prices (below cost in many cases) and run at a loss for a while (due to huge amount of revenue behind them) to drive out local competition....
