Then why is he given sole credit and is listed as the sole publisher in the TPOD liner notes?

Why hasn't he released it? HYmmm? maby ithe melody/notes are exactly like another track. I think paul himself has even said why he has not released it.

It's no less his own production than NBY or Spellbound.

There was serious talk of releasing it on Reflections but for whatever reason they decided against it.

Sasha's Involver has nothing to do with POD. It is a completely different concept in that Sasha RECONSTRUCTED every track from scratch, not just did remixes or reworks like in POD.

With this, I'm not trying to say I didn't like POD...on the contrary, it still is IMO the best modern trance compilation to date because of the effectiveness in song flow and its explosive sound.

But please do not confuse Involver with POD!!!

Evidently H&J have wantd to be credited where Chicane haven't .. they're still PvD productions though irrespective of that.

not really because paul had obviously still cleared the sample .. i think it came down to paul deciding that the track just wouldn't have suited to go on 'reflections' at the end of the day.

Just like he could have easily released 'Working' .. but for whatever reason he decided not to. I'll assume it's just another of those things he wants to keep for himself.
