Insomnia u say....
try this...(used it last nite), do 20 minutes of pushups and then in bed 15 minutes of arm, neck and back stretches.
And...for a really sound sleep get under a warm blanket, turn your digital channels to INSTR 736 (with Rogers) for the max trax memories galaxie music...it's usually some soft piano with violins.....(don't forget to program auto shut-off for 2 hrs later).......then relax, look at the blue screen and go to ZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
