can the stuff be relayed on 8080 instead of 8624.do know that if it becomes a firewall friendly port....u will also be able to capture the work audience thus extending the reach of 2hp.ca radio...
I am moving the station to port 80 sometime tonight. This should solve the listening problem for anybody behind a firewall.
Sweet. I will post something on the site when it has been transferred.

2HP.ca Radio is now firewall compatable. The broadcast now uses port 80 - which should allow all users behind a firewall to connect without problems.

To answer the original question...
Trance is just evolving... like every other musical genre. Where in the past, more acid-sounding trance tracks would carry the night (Gamemaster, Words, Saltwater), now (as far as I can tell) it's higher-energy high-synth and "bubblegum" synth throwing it down (Whiteroom, Communication)
It's all trance in the end, and it's all beautiful euphoric bliss to my ears

Trance has a cinematic appeal to it that other genres generally don't. Which is why I think a trance musical score would be amazing for a movie. They should do that more often. Like BT did a pretty good job scoring for the movie Go.
... but i digress... sorry...
Man, when I first saw "Run Lola Run" (an amazing, highly interesting and unique german film) years ago, i LOVED its fuckn soundtrack... some AMAZING edm on there... but i think i may be actually techno, not trance... its been awhile, so im not positive
I know it was some nice EDM tho!
