I am by far the worst cook.
Anything I make even grosses me out. I made pasta the other day and had to throw it away. I can cook mac and cheese. I have special skills when it comes to mac and cheese (it will school any of yours). As for anything else, it is extremely gross.
I only cook for those I hate.

i just finished cooking (and eating ) today: grilled chicken marinated in a spicy caribbean jerk marinade, over sauted peppers and onions with a side of rice and broccoli
i make and sell these in school about 2 times a week..
i usually put beef inside, and several spices and a sauce called sufrito. for a dollar, i can sell 10 within 5 minutes. until i can find a whole sale priced stuff, im only making about a 25 cent profit on each empanada.
me mums taught me how to cook everything..

if im correct i believe the broth preparation ain't easy..but i'd be interested in learning how to fully cook pho then i can add my own little twist to it!
hell yeah it takes a long time to cook pho .. if you are thinking about just adding water, onions, and a couple of slabs of chicken inside, and then let it boil, then you are missing the inbetween .. pho can be easy to make .. but also hard to make also .. the best ones are when it takes like 4 to 6 hours to make .. it takes time to make the right water ..
if anyone here has not tried "pho" before, please stop by any vietnamese restaurant, and have a bowl or two .. one of the best traditional viet dishes you can ever have .. well next to banh trang .. .. well where is the damn accents when you need them ..
but yes .. asian cuisines and american .. not a broad atmosphere of cooking for me .. i am lazy with cooking ..
but lovely thread here . let's share some more recipes here ..

This is great that so many people enjoy time in the kitchen. In the fats food world we live in its almost like a dying tradition.
Anybody like to flick some recipes my way?
I'm always keen to try new chow.
