I went this summer in August for 10 days and it put me back $4000 CAN, including airfare (montreal-london; london-ibiza), hotel at 120 euros a night, food, clubs, alcohol, everything.
But you can EASILY find hotels for cheaper (ie 60 euros), I just went at the last minute and didn't care, plus split by two people helps.
And I went out practically every night to one of the bigger clubs (average 40 euros each entrance overall). Sitting out once every 2nd night can easily decrease the cost (ie: picking 3-4 big nights, and chillin the other nights).
Not to mention getting drunk at the big clubs is ridiculous, 10+ Euros for mixed drinks, 8 euros for tiny water. Getting drunk beforehand for cheap from the local store or small bar can decrease your costs EVEN MORE (2 euros for a San Miguel beer). I learnt that the hard way .
So I say by budgeting a little bit, all the while still living it up, you can look at (max) 2500$ for 7 days and live really well!.
But I tell you, money aside, if you can do it, it's something you'll never forget. Believe the hype. I watched that Ibiza's children movie beforehand and after I came back, and I have to say that it captured the essence of what it's like perfectly. GO GO GO
