I strongly beleive that if one struggles enough to become as prepared as can be, there will be a point in time where the opportunity will arise for a person with such pre-requisites.

So when that person embraces that opportunity, a third person observing that would think he/she is "lucky". Even though they might fail to understand the preparation and events that came to coincide at that point in time.

Still think that karma/positivity plays a big deal in all of this, but as for luck, I don't think so.

I've gotta prepare myself and learn how to get into a limosine with its destination being the lottery prize office. There, I will have the opportunity to pick up my fat cheque and smile in front of many photographers. LOL
