I always have these type of sleeps when I take naps during the day.. and its weird...whenever I listen to Shpongle - Live at Eclipse I ALWAYS have lucid dreams

Yes, I've had a few of them too.

Also extremely vivid dreams of falling, so much so that I can feel the organs shifting in my body.....the one about falling off the Eiffel Tower and landing on a blancmange masquerading as a trampline was most odd....

I've had this experience when I'm alone and napping, but my best friend used to have these in large lectures all the time, people would always see him jerk up and laugh at him and point, he was always really embarrased, but he loved to sleep in class.
