I had no poblem with your washroom trips. All I'm saying is everyone (all clubs not only viva)is trying hard enough to secure and rebuliding the slowing down party scene (esp. trance parties)including bring in more international djs,promo special, upgrading sound and lightings or some even major renovation.so please give support ( to whichever club you prefer) not just bashing about small non sense.thank you.

tipping or not to the washroom attendents (we have a lady in the ladies' rooms as well)is totally up to the customer.they'er there to provde a clean washroom environment (to me is a very important part of a club)for free,their income basically depends on tips.

Is that law accurate? I know System does, at Viva I drink a lot of water before going in and usually buy a bottle if I need it. At the Guvernment I was told only one glass per customer, and at the bar near the stage was told I can only buy it in a bottle.

Toronto By-law 545-192: Regulations for licensed premises:

...one would logically assume that the intent of this regulation is so that the public has access to both this hot and cold water supply. Also, while it doesn't explicitly state this, I have never heard of anyone charging for access to running water (at least in Canada).

I know.. the question was posed though as to whether there was a law saying that clubs MUST provide access to free tap water.

There is a law that states they must provide access to both hot and cold running water, but it does not explicitly say it has to be free. I was just commenting that in practice, I have never heard of anyone charging for tap water, nor do I think anyone would try and get away with it.

Access to cold running water is a fire regulation, so is always there. Hot running girls is more important,so tell the girls to come early.
