I dont see how male vocals screaming into a mic about how shit their life is is any less annoying then some really high pitched female singing about shooting stars or the object of her desire or whatever. After that simply substitute guitars and drums for some cheesy assed dance music and away you go.

I like tool but i likes APC`s style better...Maynard does a great job when doing live acoustic performances..Orestes, The Hollow, 3 Libras..definitely some of my favorite songs ever.

Well that's one song and just like a lot of EDM songs mainly rely on the beat, I enjoy the instrumental of the song as well as the guys voice. That's one song by them anyways which isn't near enough to judge them.

I respect Tool more than I like them; but they have a couple of songs that I really really like. They're a really acquired taste though, so for a n00b like me it's hard to "get" their stuff.
A prefer APC much more. Orestes, Noose and Brena are some of my favourites, but most songs on Mer De Noms kickass. 13th Step was good too, but not as good.
