Jelly Foam?

Ive found people who think Guinness is "thick" to be among the least experienced drinkers out there. This isnt a dig on you per se but on all the people out there who want to come off as experienced by being able to critique guinness as a meal, or it being THICK or you can only drink 5 and youre gone.

its 3.8% abv, non carbonated, and is a stout. Its the smoothest drink ever. And compared to belgian ales is like fucking water. We used to drink 20 pints a night no problem. Its a light watery stout people!! omg!!!

alright so im a shit drinker it still tastes like shit. the foam itself is pretty thick compared to normal foam, which also tastes like crap. i guess im just not a foam type of guy... im not saying that its thick as an excuse but rather that it tastes like crap.

You dont drink the foam

A proper pour takes a couple of minutes and will end up with a 1/4 inch thick head of foam. You have to wait for the cascade to finish completely before drinking.


not everyone likes guinness' taste hehe. But it isnt thick or hard to drink was my point. Try Double Bastard ale or Duvel and then tell me how thick Guinness is !!

The foam from guinness tastes great. I love drinking that down
