What about 'Dreamland'?
I agree with a lot of these choices but how come no one has mentioned Nu-NRG - 'Dreamland'? Also how about Armin - 'Communication'?
The secret is to make the listener think the beat's about to kick in and then to do one last build. Also I think an honourable mention to Orion - 'Eternity' one of the few tracks I've heard that has a breakdown followed by a buildup and then it breaks down again, awesome.
