I suggest some bicep curls using a 1kg weight comprised of vodka and coke, some leg presses best completed dancing on a nightclub floor after taking 1 gram of pure speed, then some ab exercises which is essentially sex with 2 girls after you've had 12mls of GBH.

You should drop your body fat a few percentage, lose 5 kgs, and feel confident after some wild monkey sex.

Your central nervous system could be a bit more icy when compared to your usual gym workout...

Haha, you can choose between big and hairy, and long and skinny actually....

But I live on the 6th floor so not too many have climbed up that far yet, yet.

I remember taking a English mate camping and he was shite scared of spiders and snakes, and I caught this big lizard and put it in his tent, he nearly stabbed me with a kitchen knife.

So who else is getting started on this?

I've run about 10-12 miles between today and yesterday. I haven't even bothered putting up my weights, I just keep a 70lb flatbar on my floor at all times, whenever I get up to piss or something I'll stop and do a few sets.
