I'm 5'11" and 145lbs and I feel like I am going to be blown away by the wind on a strong day! I tried eating like a horse, and not fast food. if i was you, i would have pulled a michael douglas scene in the movie 'falling down' when he was at the fast food restaurant .. funny! .. pulls out a semi-auto, and gets upset that the restaurant stopped serving breakfast, and felt cheated with his lunch .. ,,
