You hit the nail right on the head my friend.

Drug chemists are always looking for cheaper and/or easier chemicals to make than MDMA.

PMA (Para-methoxy-amphetamine, 4-MA) is a prime example of this, and how it went horribly wrong. PMA is VERY dangerous, especially when mixed with MDMA.

Also, there is great appeal to finding the next best designer drug, or combination drug. Pills will be made with other substances in order to offer a different high. Some people don't care what's in a pill, as long as it takes them for a ride. Different pills will get different reputations for being real good or weak/sucky. And then there is the extreme case the pill will have a reputation as a killer (fatal), such as those containing PMA... (Chicken yellow, chicken fever, double stacked, mitsubishi turbo, red mitsubishi, etc.)

Sometimes I get such bad cravings that I have to go across town to little India, often completely out of my way. It's hard to control, but the payoff is just so great. The only problem is the come-down, which often results in extreme lethargy and chainsmoking.

Well for us the dance is where it's at. And I can certainly understand how every once and a while everyone gets a craving or needs a boost (even for old times sake). LOL the e-love sessions prolly sounding great right about now I suppose.
But It's true that everything must be "in moderation".

I suggest you skip the booze altogether and give into the dance/party and e-love session. Making sure of course to do the good diet + regular gym visits + decent sleep and some vitamine supplements like C's, b6, b12, primerose oil (with VitamineE),omega3's and 5htp atleast 4 days before and after the party.
