Its the high Treble that gets to me

Thats nothing, once upon a time woody mcbride threw parties with what was called "the wall of bass"

It's a million watt EAW system driven by a few racks of crown macrotechs

Edit: or you could see a DC Productions event with a Ten's of thousands of watts.

if your ears have become sensitive to high frequencies you most likely have some hearing damage. tinnitus is a form of hearing damage that never goes away though. unless it's your ears ringing from some loud nosie for only a while (a week or so max) when it's not called tinnitus.

so to put it short: you have damaged your hearing already and you're going to have tinnitus for the rest of your life and your ears will be more sensitive to noise for the rest of your life. not going to clubs won't heal your ears, but it might help a bit to keep away from loud noise for a while. and get earplugs ffs, before your hearing will be lost entirely.

I HAVE EARPLUGS AND THAT DIDNT HELP ME IN THE CLUBS!
And I did 2 hearing test and they both came fine , tho I tired hard to listen because of the tinnitus

and about the music cd...a doctor told me about it...that I should hear everynight before I go to sleep 20-30mins of peaceful music...so is classic music good enough?

dont have it, probably never will aswell

i know my limits very well, and around the house - music blasting 24/7 - never beyond my volume limits

at clubs, some of them are ok, some of them are too bad, in which case i take breaks if the set is good, and if its shit i just leave
