This was my first time seeing these guys and I loved every second of it. Everyone seems to agree that Armin was at his best for the first couple of hours and then he got a bit too techy for me, but it didn't last long. He never disappoints me.

Aside from the music though, I just thought the crowd was over the top incredible. Everyone was friendly. Nobody elbowed me as they were walking past. It was like the good old days!! Plus I met up with Nat and then met a whole whack of TA's (I remember Arctic Boy but everyone elses names elude me just now) which was great. TOTA's DO know how to have a good time.

Overall - great show. Now it's off to bed to rest up for Montreal!!

That MUSTA been a damn good party, if obe actually posted a review about it!

Just got home from the Guv/Kool Haus after closing shop, so this will be extremely brief. I'm going to bed right after this or I'd be at fucken Comfort Zone if I wasn't so exhausted.

Arman was very good, Carl Cox was just AWESOME!!! My biggest regret was I couldn't hear his entire set because I was hopping from room to room.

Bedtime now...

Behold, my arse.

This is amb_ but I'm gonna post as SP to bug her.

Coles Notes review: Cox rocked, Armin was a snooze on a horribly distorted sound system (as per usual in KH), my friends made the party. You know who you are.

PS. punching Vividboy was the coolest thing ever

What a night, WHAT A NIGHT!

For those who have read The Da Vinci Code, I'm convinced that Armin is part of the holy blood line!

It was good meeting a whole whack of TOTAs... I must say that everyone here for sure knows how to have a good time!

Anyway, feet are killing me and head cannot be separated from pillow... Time to get some well deserved shut eye.

The place to be in the Guv was the stage behind Cox. He was really a treat to watch behind the decks. And his trademark interaction with the crowd via a mike was nice.

He was about 40 minutes late and you could feel a collective "he isn't going to show" building in the air as more and more people started looking at their watches at about 3:10. But when he arrived, he laid down one of the best sets I've heard in quite a while.

Carl Cox you have now become a favorite on mine. Don't wait so long to come back next time.

That was one hell of a night! I stayed in the KoolHaus all night because I wasn't sure how much of a hassle it would be to move between the Guv and KH (like in previous years).

Had quite a few people from Kingston come up and met up with a lot of TA's. The vibe and crowd were excellent. I really didn't find the shoving and pushing as bad as it has been and I could tolerate it. I did find that there was a more then usual amount of "hungry" guys going after the females towards the 6-7am time frame, which became really annoying after awhile.

What can I say....Armin did awesome, but I have noticed in his last two times to Toronto he is playing a lot harder trance, which isn't a bad thing....just an observation.

Highlights of the night--> Airwave 2003 (Breathing) - Rank 1 OMG I really can't get enough of this song.....my other highlight was when I gave Armin a request to play Confirmation - Fred Baker and he did play it and the whole crowd went nuts. (This was close to the end, for any super troopers that were still there)

And as Vertigo said--->His highlight was Behind Silence...that was also a wicked moment of the evening. I can't get the song out of my head, along with the constant buzzing

Oh yuk…the ceiling sweat was not nice, but someone also said that usually comes out when there is an amazing party going on.

Karen-->I'm so happy for you that you got your shirt signed
Johnny-->It was good seeing you again...you looked as if you had an awesome time!
Ahsley-->Thanks for the talk! It really shows the person who you really are
Linze-->I hardly even remember seeing you there, well catch up soon!
Steve-->had an awesome night, thanks for everything!

sounds amazing guys. still wish i went, don't know if i coulda handled it last nite though...sounds like armin dropped a killer set...

just like i said about dumonde in kool haus awhile back, sounds like the sound system wasn't that great, which is disappointing, i don't know whats up with the kool haus system, because its been lacking lately, hopefully they have it running well for ultra spin 7

Nu-Nrg was great! Went to Guv to check out Cox at 3:15 but saw some white lookalike. What the hell was up with the attitude mafia asians in the Guv? They won't even move a tad to allow you to get by. Armin was awesome. later!
