Who knows? Maybe this could be good for the music.

i guess more people will listen out of curiousity and start diggin it...point taken....

well look at the case this way, these people are nobodies who are bored with their life and want to be associated with SOMETHING when they die and hope to gain popularity.....

Wow, this has got to be one of the stuipidest thins I've read, anywhere. Granted, I can see that a lot of dance music has a lot of sexual innuendos and connotations that may not be pro-woman, but then again, take a look at hip-hop, pop, and any other mainstream music genre, where the objectifying of women is strongly apparent. A proposal for a ban is just ridiculous. Not to discredit feminists, but if this is the best form of argument that they can take, it really does not say much for their intelect levels when it comes to forming some logical and plausible solution for any given problem. It seems that more and more, the only way they can spread "girl power" is by demeaning and belittling some other form of society. Pathetic if you ask me.

Looks like some feminist group got pretty desperate to get their name in the papers.

That article looks very satirical to me, I don't think it was meant to be taken as anything more than a joke.

I'd say that (IMO) dance music is the least sexist of any genre. It's always been about being open and accepting.

Is this some belated April Fool's joke? This is the most ridiculous thing I've read in ages.

Meet her at the love parade is sexist??? Does she even know what the Love Parade is? The ONLY house song ive ever heard that is sexist and promotes violence is "beat that bitch with a bat". Even the examples shadow wolf provided were booty bass dance music and not house music.

I was about to post the exact same thing. In fact, it's that statement in the article which made me think the whole thing was either a joke, or the writer had absolutely no idea what they were talking about.
